It seemed only natural that the esteemed cookbook author, world traveler, and lifestyle expert Hillary Davis, would develop an affinity and aptitude for real estate. With a degree in Economics from Columbia University, a graduate degree in International Relations from Cambridge University in England, as well as an interior design degree from the New York School of Interior Design, she spent her first years honing her keen business sense in New York City’s finance world then in London as an investment banker at Baring Brothers. The life-long Francophile moved to Europe where she lived in London for over eight years, the village of Bar-sur-Loup, near Nice, for over 11 years and in Paris for three years.
Hillary translated her sophisticated tastes and European exposure into a successful luxury gourmet cooking and lifestyle business, publishing the notable cookbooks, Cuisine Niçoise, French Comfort Food, Le French Oven, French Desserts, The Hamptons Kitchen, and the critically acclaimed, A Million a Minute, about the international financial markets.
She fell in love with the Hamptons for its similarities to the French countryside, plush with organic farm-fresh produce, long walks to the beach, and food-centric living. She is also an avid sailor, golfer, art lover and dog lover.
