Kimberly Knausz has been a licensed Realtor in the South Florida market since 2005 and a resident of the area since 2003. Locally, she specializes in high-end luxury properties in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties; however, she assists and advises clients with their real estate needs nationwide. While providing all buyers and sellers with top-notch service and cutting edge marketing, Kim also prides herself on her integrity and genuinely enjoys building long-lasting relationships. She attributes her continued success in the real estate market to her loyal clients and their referrals. In 2014, Kim was one of the select agents involved with launching ONE Sotheby's Sports and Entertainment Division, the first South Florida luxury brokerage to establish a specific division focusing on professional athletes, public figures and celebrities. Each year she assists numerous athletes in real estate transactions nationwide. Growing up in Cleveland, OH, the seasons revolved around sports and Kim attended games with her family her whole life. To fans, sports are the epitome of hard work and dedication. To get to the pinnacle of their sport, even the most naturally gifted athletes have to give it their all. Working with athletes has proved to be an inspiration for Kim and drives her to be on top of her real estate game every day. Kim earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing from John Carroll University. Since then, she has gained experience in the fields of sales, marketing, public relations and operations. Kim is a Board Member for A Prom To Remember, a non-profit organization for teens affected by cancer. She has also volunteered her time with a variety of non-profit organizations.
