Todd is a native North Carolinian and founder of Mountain Modern. His lifelong interest in the environment, both natural & built, fuels his dedication to how a home is integral to your life. The focus at the center is you, and how your goals can be met through Real Estate, Design, Architecture & the Outdoors.
An alumnus of Appalachian State University with a degree in Geography, Todd’s own story has taken him from NC's Appalachians to the Colorado Rockies, where he lived and worked in Aspen, mainly in Environmental Education and Open Space Preservation.
The buying and selling of real estate can be a profound experience and he is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of that process with clients. Taking a quality-over-quantity approach, there is personal investment in every client's satisfaction.
In his spare time, Todd can often be found spending time with his Family, both human and canine. He is a category 1/2 cyclist, an avid skier, and a general outdoor enthusiast.
An alumnus of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Raleigh Program, Todd also serves as the Treasurer of the West Raleigh Alliance. Annual giving includes numerous environmental non-profits through Mountain Modern's membership with 1% for the Planet. Also, a proud supporter of the NC Museum of Art, NC Modernist Houses, WakeUp WakeCounty locally.
