Description

Patricia Scott Winslow has always used certain guiding principles to lead her since beginning her career in residential real estate in 1983. These principles are founded in a deep understanding of whom she is responsible to: her clients, the people who work for her and the communities she operates in. She believes that generating good business is more about adhering to personal values than producing instant gratification. Patricia understands that a home, regardless of its price, holds and reflects the value of her client's life's investment. By putting her client's needs first it is not surprising that they return to her time and again. This proves to be a successful model considering she has been doing business this way for nearly 30 years, with over 300 million in sales.

Patricia has designed and helped in renovating many properties throughout the Bay Area, both for her clients and her own investment portfolio*. Her background in architecture and design and her considerable experience, resources and global connections allow her to perfectly unite homes with those who will not only cherish them but who will be perfectly matched for them as well. Her innovative and gorgeous designs have given her the record of selling homes, on average, for 4% over the listing price compared to other agents who, on average, sell 3% below the listing price. Most agents tell you to PLAN on passively waiting for your home to sell. Patricia's client-first strategy of pro-actively positioning her properties, consistently generates offers on her listings in a record 11 days on market, compared to other agents' 75 days on market, average.

"My client-first philosophy" is my brand.

Patricia strongly believes in reinvesting in her community and belongs to many charitable organizations including Farm Sanctuary, Sustainable Harvest International, Oceana and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Patricia is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the greater San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR), the Marin Association of Realtors (MAR) and the East Bay Association of Realtors.

When she is not discussing or conducting real estate she can be found either in her kitchen whipping up culinary magic or with her two Labradors walking or running... and on occasion (not nearly enough) riding in her endurance cycling class. Patricia lives in Mill Valley with her husband Ben and their two dogs, Emmy Lou and Ames.
