I have been a resident of Tri-Cities for over 50 years and a proud graduate of Pasco High…Go Bulldogs! Having lived here all those years and now raising my own family, I truly am passionate about the reasons why I think there is no better place than the Tri-Cities, to live, work, and play.
It has been an amazing place to grow up and raise my own family. I have 2 sons and 1 daughter who all graduated from Kamiakin High school, an amazing wife Shannon who keeps us all in order and works for our annual Benton Franklin fair! Yes, the Tri-Cities still has a county fair!
Almost as important as my kids, are my dogs. Including my new hobby, Remington, who is my Yellow lab. We love everything outdoors from hiking to playing or fishing on the Columbia. Luckily for us the Tri-Cities 300+ days of sunshine allows us to enjoy the outdoors. Over the years I have coached almost every sport there is. The Tri-Cities has a large and diverse selection of sporting activities and also the arts and theatre programs too. Because of my families’ involvement I understand what our region has to offer to young, active families.
After my time at Washington State University, I spent most of my time managing local radio stations, which gives me a unique perspective on the local economy and the business culture of our area. Those years of experience have been invaluable in building relationships throughout our community and having an overall knowledge base of our market.
The most important attributes I promise to provide as your Realtor are honest and clear communication, expert negotiation skills and knowledge of the local region. I take great pride in building relationships and that is the core of my business. My specialty is people. More specifically helping people with the big decisions in life, buying, selling and making your dream home a reality.
