Jennifer’s mission: To afford the highest level of personalized service to help clients reach their homeownership dreams and goals. With a corporate business background, Jennifer entered real estate in 2003 and brought her superb sales, management and negotiating skills with her. Having previously served as managing broker for a branch of a thriving real estate company in Annapolis, Maryland, she eventually moved back to her hometown of Atlanta and joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty as one of its first agents, a Founding Member, in 2007. Jennifer "practices" real estate because she understands the importance of staying at the forefront of the industry as it continues to evolve. She embraces today’s cutting-edge technology, social and digital platforms and uses these new standards to enhance the exposure of her client’s property. Jennifer is also keen to changing styles and tastes, growing markets and new generations of clients looking to create memories. In addition to extraordinary marketing, Jennifer applies market expertise and superior negotiating methods to help secure the best possible outcome for her clients. Because selling and buying a home is one of the largest financial transactions a person experiences in a lifetime, Jennifer provides personalized, discreet, full "white-glove" service to all her clients. She acts as an advisor, educator, counselor and friend and remains a steady force in what can sometimes be an emotional transaction. An intuitive and intent listener, Jennifer partners with each of her clients to help them reach their desired homeownership goals. Prior to real estate, Jennifer lived in the Washington, DC area for more than 20 years where she worked in the political arena for Senator Mack Mattingly and then Congressman Buddy Darden before entering the private business sector. In the corporate arena, Jennifer worked in marketing for several Fortune 500 companies, such as MCI/Worldcom, Nextel, Cable & Wireless and Tiffany & Co. Her management roles in those companies ranged from creating and executing high-level, multi-media events to planning and executing CEO level international meetings. She also managed national customer events, including the Heritage Golf Classic in Hilton Head, South Carolina, The Monterey Jazz Festival in Monterey California, Super Bowl events and customer programs for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Jennifer’s areas of specialty include the Vinings, Smyrna, Buckhead and Sandy Springs areas.
