Will has lived the coastal lifestyle his entire life, having been born and raised in southeastern North Carolina. Will brings a great deal of real estate knowledge to the One Properties Group Team at Landmark Sotheby's International Realty, having worked with real estate investors and developers from Charleston to Wilmington. While attending College of Charleston, Will began working a reputable local builder on the land development team to assist with directing, planning, zoning, permitting and development. His focus was marketing, project development and market analysis. After graduating with a degree in Corporate Communications, Will returned to the Wilmington area in 2008 where he became a project manager for a local development firm. He furthered his knowledge of residential development by working on all phases of planning for a residential subdivision. He then seized the opportunity to work on the management team of a privately owned defense company to direct business development, marketing and strategic planning. He soon rose to the position of President and has directed the company before deciding to return to the real estate market in the greater Wilmington area. Will is excited to join Landmark Sotheby's International Realty to use his knowledge and experience in real estate, development, and marketing to provide exceptional service to his clients. Will enjoys boating and the coastal lifestyle in his spare time with his wife, Sarah, and their newly born son, Edward.
