Hi, I'm Erin- I came to Atlanta from North Carolina in 2002, shortly after college, to experience everything a "big city" can offer and to make a new start. I started my career in the telecom/wireless space, allowing me to travel and see the world. Even back then, I found myself constantly looking at homes instead of doing my actual job. It became an addiction - I was good at it! I was always finding hidden gems for friends. I simply love home architecture styles and design. As a young adult in Atlanta, I constantly moved ... more than anyone ever should. I always needed a change of scenery and lifestyle around different areas of the city. I could never - and still can't - say, 'this is the area, style or type of home I want to be in forever.' I can see the beauty in all properties and find a reason to love them. Add in my 'never met a stranger' southern personality, and real estate was always the obvious choice. I get equally as excited as my clients during the home buying and selling process. No matter the style or price point, it's a new beginning ... everyone loves a new beginning. I currently reside in Brookhaven with my husband, two children, a bernedoodle and a cat. I love the beach, pilates, wine with friends and am a self-proclaimed foodie. My children attend Ashford Park Elementary in Brookhaven. I am actively involved in fundraisers and events there, which keeps me very busy on top of real estate. I volunteer with ReMerge/Giving Grace, Network for Good, a local Atlanta group supporting the homeless and their children while working on getting them into permanent housing and stabilized. In my day-to-day real estate, I work mostly in the Brookhaven, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Roswell areas, where my closest circle of friends live, but I have sold many homes Intown and as far north as Woodstock. I go where my clients take me and take pride in the fact that I am well versed in all neighborhoods of Atlanta and its surrounding areas. What to expect from me: My clients can attest that I truly care. I'm not just trying to sell a house; I am there to make sure it is the right home and one they will love for years to come. I strive to make every client feel like they're my only client, and inevitably, we almost always become lifelong friends.
