In the industry since 2000, Taryn Martin’s diverse experience expands into all facets of buying and selling real estate. After investing over six years in mortgage lending, Taryn shifted into residential sales. Apprenticing with a top Santa Barbara area agent, she worked intensely on hundreds of transactions, thereby mastering the nuances of contractual details, client concierge, and marketing. In 2016, Taryn segued into creating her own brand as a California licensee with Sotheby’s International Realty. Today she skillfully and joyfully helps buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals around the Santa Barbara area.
Always cutting edge, Taryn stays on top of the latest winning strategies. She attends regular educational seminars, networks with the top local real estate professionals, and consults with the most brilliant professional minds across the country. She strives to stay informed to ensure she always delivers an experience of excellence.
Taryn refined her education locally as an honors graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and multiple Associates of Science degrees in the areas of Liberal Science, Math, and Economics. She is devoted to the community and proudly volunteers at local women’s rehabilitation facilities. Taryn is a member of the Advisory Committee for Casa Serena, a local non-profit women’s residential treatment facility. She feels tremendous gratitude for the privilege to reside in Santa Barbara and spends her extra time weightlifting and exploring the local hiking trails and beaches.
