Paul began his career in real estate as the office runner for Kirkham Real Estate during his college years. He installed yard signs, photographed homes, and even did some office cleaning in those days. In 2010, he earned his real estate license.
Since 2010, Paul has helped his clients buy and sell homes in every part of the Salt Lake valley as well as up and down the Wasatch Front. He focuses on the Sugarhouse area, where he was raised, and where he has returned to raise his family. You’ll find with Paul, you may be a “client” at the beginning of a transaction, but you will be friends at the end and beyond, sharing a fair few laughs in between.
Kirkham Real Estate was acquired by Summit Sotheby's International Realty in the fall of 2015. While it was hard to close down the old office, it is very exciting to be a part of the Sotheby’s brand. Paul has been influenced by the Kirkham Real Estate Mission Statement which was, ”Enhancing the Lives of Those We Serve by Guiding Them Safely Home." Add to that statement Sotheby's International Realty’s unrivaled marketing opportunities and it is easy to see why Paul is a proactive Realtor people trust and actually enjoy working with.
Paul loves the state of Utah. From its burgeoning urban lifestyle to the sprawling communities spread across the Salt Lake valley floor, its mesmerizing red rocks and extraordinary recreation opportunities to the south, to the stunning mountains in the north. Utah is an amazing state with a diverse culture and strong economy. This really is the place.
Paul married his wife Brittany in 2006. That continues to be the best decision he’s made. They have four children. He loves sports and cheering on his favorite teams, fishing with his children in the Uintah Mountains, and making things with tools.
