Gina grew up on the Sunshine Coast of BC. "Living here is living in paradise." Her family has been on the Coast since her grandparents found a recreational property in Sechelt in the early '60s. While raising two children, Gina and her husband built three successful companies from the startup stages. Their first company, Stockwell Sand and Gravel, began in '97. They constructed an award-winning, computerized ready-mix batch plant, Central Coast Concrete, in 2013; In 2014, Gina and a small team of shareholders planned and developed the world-renowned Coast Gravity Park in Sechelt.
Gina's passion has always been for Real Estate. Now a multi-award-winning REALTOR®, reaching Medallion Club status (Top 10% of all agents in Greater Vancouver (REBGV)) since she started her career in 2015. Gina has achieved Presidents Club (Top 1%) in 2020 and 2021 and was titled Senior Vice President of Sales Canada for Sotheby's International Realty.
Gina attributes her early success as a Realtor to over 27 years of business experience. "When you own several businesses, you need to be able to think on your feet, have the ability to solve complex problems, have sharp negotiation skills, and be a great communicator. Having a deep passion for my work, my client's needs, and for my community is very important to me".
