Description
Gina grew up on the Sunshine Coast of BC and describes it as “living in paradise.” Her family has called the Coast home since her grandparents purchased a recreational property in Sechelt in the early 1960s. While raising two children, Gina and her husband built three successful companies from the ground up. Their first venture, Stockwell Sand and Gravel, was founded in 1997. In 2013, they constructed an award-winning, computerized ready-mix batch plant, Central Coast Concrete. The following year, Gina and a small group of shareholders planned and developed the world-renowned Coast Gravity Park in Sechelt.
Gina’s lifelong passion has always been real estate. Now a multi-award-winning REALTOR®, she has achieved Medallion Club status (Top 10% of all agents in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board) every year since launching her real estate career in 2015. From 2020 through 2025, she has consistently ranked in the President’s Club (Top 1%) and currently holds the title of Senior Vice President of Sales Canada for Sotheby’s International Realty.
Gina attributes her early success as a Realtor to her 27+ years of business experience. “When you own several businesses, you need to think on your feet, solve complex problems, negotiate with confidence, and communicate clearly. Having a deep passion for my work, my clients’ needs, and my community is very important to me.”
