My name is Amy Bolton, and I am a Associate Real Estate Broker with Timm Associates Sotheby's International Realty; providing real estate services for communities within the Adirondack Park Region. I am a standing member of the National Association of Realtors, the Adirondack Champlain Valley Board of Realtor s; and subscribe to a strict code of ethics. I started my real estate profession as a Salesperson in 2015, and obtained my Associate Brokers license in 2019, along with completing the Pricing Strategies Advisers Course, and two of the “GRI” courses in legal, and agency matters, to better educate myself and clients about the complex nature of the real estate industry.
My Father, Tim, was born at Faxton St. Lukes hospital in Utica, NY, and raised in Old Forge, with his five other brothers and sisters, and my mother, Lisa, was born in Rome, NY, before her family bought their home in Otter Lake. Having been born and raised in Old Forge, where there is a great sense of community. I couldn’t imagine raising my family anywhere else in the world - that is why I decided to join the Real Estate profession. To help bring others into this inviting, generous, community, located within the Adirondack Park.
