Jill Tighe Kelly is a leader within the Greenwich community. Licensed since 2001 in the state of Connecticut, Jill has intimate knowledge of residential real estate in Fairfield. As a Global Real Estate Advisor for Sotheby’s International Realty, she is able to connect clients with colleagues around the world.
Her knowledge of the local real estate market is obtained by hands on experience representing sellers and buyers in transactions at all price levels. Jill’s negotiating skills, consistently positive attitude, boundless energy, and team player approach give her a successful track record. She is strongly committed to her clients, and always promptly responds to them. Close relationships with attorneys, bankers, builders, town hall departments, and town government afford her the ability to acquire quick answers for questions pertaining to every possible real estate issue.

Jill truly understands what Greenwich has to offer from her active community involvement with volunteer positions in the Greenwich Town Government: RTM District 2 Representative and past positions as Member of the Land Use and Parks & Recreation Committees; Greenwich Schools: Public School PTA President, PTA Membership Chair, Producer and Director of the annual elementary school Talent Show, Greenwich Rugby Board Member; Greenwich Football Booster Club, Greenwich Town Party and Swim Across America Volunteer, President and Board Member of the Mead Point District, a private waterfront association in Greenwich, where she and her family reside.
Jill’s education focused on marketing and advertising. She worked in the banking sector for Chase Personal Financial Services in the private mortgage division. Prior to Chase, she had extensive work experience in sales and marketing.
Jill loves most sports, is an avid boater, and stays competitively involved in tennis, paddle, pickleball, softball, and volleyball. She has great stamina and likes to challenge herself. In 2017, most notably, she competed in a white-collar boxing fight and went three 2-minute rounds against a Marine. Jill won her fight and was also awarded Fight-of-the-Night.
She was raised in Larchmont, New York and attended:
School of the Holy Child in Rye, New York
Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania
Iona College, New Rochelle, New York
Presently, Jill lives in Greenwich with her husband, Joe, and four children-Kristi, Brittani, Joe, and Kaitlin.
