Valerie Caccia was born and raised in San Francisco. As a young girl, Valerie has fond memories of picking rapini (broccoli rabe) alongside her Italian grandmother in the vineyard. It is there, in the shadow of the Mayacamas, that she earned the nickname “Napa Val”. The House of Napa Val is a lifestyle luxury brand built on fond memories and fine properties of Napa Valley. Val has been a Realtor® in California for over 25 years and represents top clientele. From the luxury penthouses and co-ops of San Francisco to the purple vineyard majesties of Napa Valley, Val’s style and standards have made her a recognizable force in Bay Area residential real estate. She attended the University of San Francisco and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Val is a published author, playwright, and comedienne. Her book, “How To eat A Millennial .. one byte at a time” launched at the SF Ferry Building in December 2019. “SPIDERS The Play” was published in June 2022. Inspired by her time spent with Neil Simon and Joan Rivers, Val wrote and performed “MARVIN – A1 Woman Show” that debuted at The Cameo Cinema in St. Helena in September 2024. Val cherishes mother-daughter lunches at The Olympic Club in San Francisco where her family enjoys a 67-year legacy membership.
