Vivien is an accredited Lifestyle 55+ MASTER, a program that elevates the knowledge of the average real estate professional to provide a dedicated full range of services for seniors and their families in transition. She has also completed the Master Certified Negotiation Expert®(MCNE®) and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designations.

Prior to her real estate career with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada and Keller Williams Referred Realty, Brokerage, Vivien co-owned a family property management business for many years.

She lives in a Yorkville condo and was a member of its Board of Directors entrusted to make all major decisions regarding the maintenance and finances and must uphold and enforce the Condo Act, the declaration, by-laws, and rules.

Vivien is a founding member of Margaret’s Circle at the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, an exclusive program designed for women in leadership who want to cultivate a meaningful philanthropic relationship in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto.

She is an active member of the Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (CAWEE). CAWEE is a diverse collective of professional Canadian women who network together to build a resource base and make valuable connections in business.
