She is the author of the recently published book "The Boomer's 7-Step Guide to Downsizing: Overcoming Fear & Discovering Freedom". As a Lifestyle 55+ MASTER REALTOR®, one of her passions is helping seniors in transition. She is dedicated to providing a full range of services for seniors and their adult children to navigate one of life's biggest transitions: downsizing.
Vivien is a founding member of the Seniors Real Estate Advisor™ (SREA™), a designation program for top real estate professionals engaged in the Canadian seniors' market. She has also completed the Master Certified Negotiation Expert® (MCNE®) and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™) designations.
Prior to her real estate career with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Vivien co-owned a family property management business for many years.
She lives in a Yorkville condo and was a member of its Board of Directors entrusted to make all major decisions regarding the maintenance and finances and must uphold and enforce the Condo Act, the declaration, by-laws, and rules.
Vivien is a founding member of Margaret’s Circle at the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, an exclusive program designed for women in leadership who want to cultivate a meaningful philanthropic relationship in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto. She is an active member of the Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (CAWEE). CAWEE is a diverse collective of professional Canadian women who network together to build a resource base and make valuable connections in business.
