Claudia entered the real estate business in 2004 and has become renowned in the Baltimore area for her innate ability to match buyers to their perfect home and her keen knowledge of local neighborhoods. She is also adept at guiding sellers through the process of preparing their home for sale, knowing exactly what buyers want to see when they walk into a home. Claudia created The O'Hara Group in 2016 to provide her clients with an unmatchable level of attention and service, forming a team of hardworking agents and administrators committed to the same goals. To further her business expertise, Claudia recently earned her GRI designation, an elite status that requires intensive coursework in many areas related to real estate, followed by her Associate Broker License. Claudia is committed to continued education in real estate, beyond just the minimum requirements, as real estate laws and policies change so frequently. In 2017, Claudia earned her real estate license in Florida and specialized in the Naples region, increasing her reach in real estate even further. With her Florida Associate Broker license in referral status, she works closely with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, to guide her current clients in Baltimore who are looking either for a second home in Florida or are looking to retire to the area. Claudia is consistently named a top producer in the Baltimore area. She is a member of the Monument Club of Monument Sotheby's International Realty and was awarded Vice President designation based on her annual sales volume. Claudia is a lifetime member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association and is a top 5% real estate agent in North America. The O'Hara Group Realtors expertly assist and educate home buyers and sellers in Baltimore, Maryland, and the surrounding areas, specializing in Lutherville-Timonium, Hunt Valley, Cockeysville, Ruxton, Towson, Greenspring Valley, Homeland, Guilford, Roland Park, Canton, and the Inner Harbor. Claudia was born in Lima, Peru, and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She came to the US to attend Western Maryland College (now McDaniel) where she received her degree in Business Administration. She has been a resident of Baltimore County since graduating from college.
