Drawing on a high level of business acumen, leadership ability and management skills, Shona, together with her husband Alan, founded in 2003 a local real estate agency Duncan Realty in Rotorua which quickly distinguished itself as a mid to high end boutique business. Shona’s strong work ethic and genuine passion for real estate have earned her the respect of her peers, as well as her clients, many of whom come from referrals and are repeat customers, specialising in the sales of Lifestyle Blocks and Special Projects. She derives immense satisfaction from helping clients achieve their goals and welcomes the challenges that each day brings. Her ability to build strong, trusting relationships, combined with an analytical skill set, allows her to secure outstanding results, time and time again, for her clients.
Shona enjoys down time on the family’s lifestyle property and is well-known in the equine world where she competed at a top level in the show horse scene. A love of the sea and boating is perfect to add into the mix for their passion for outdoor life.
