Born in Florida and raised in a suburb of Dallas, Texas, Jessica spent vacations from time she was born along the sugar white beaches of Northwest Florida, and witnessed their remarkable growth firsthand.
With a BA in International Relations, Jessica gained valuable experience in market research and performance improvement consulting with multinational corporations while traveling the globe. In 2002, she planned a "temporary" hiatus to spend a few months in Destin with her family, and decided to stay permanently.
Jessica believes the key to assisting her clients in making unique and knowledgeable decisions about their real estate transactions – whether for personal use or as an investment – is to educate through every step of her process, armed with top-notch information, experience, and local market insight. Jessica holds both a Florida Broker license and a Florida Certified Building Contractor license.
