After successfully completing tertiary education in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Vaughan moved onto a cabinetry & joinery apprenticeship in Hastings. With a sea-change to the cosmopolitan Melbourne lifestyle he gained qualifications in health and fitness, which led to an award-winning career within the industry. Expanding his skills whilst working at international companies throughout Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Hawke’s Bay, Vaughan gained an elevated level of customer service, excellent relationship building skills, experience in lead generation, marketing and management.
Both his professional qualifications and personal qualities lend to high-end sales, service and lead generation, aimed at increasing value and ensuring results are achieved beyond expectations. Vaughan employs commitment and integrity when building relationships and commits himself to going the extra mile in order to make a sale, and achieve positive results for his clients.
Born and raised in the sunny Hawke’s Bay, Vaughan knows the area well and has seen the extensive growth which has taken place over the years. Vaughan is proud of his home town and believes in what it has to offer. Returning to the region seven years ago, he enjoys the relaxed, boutique lifestyle on offer, alongside being close to his family. Passionate about health & fitness, and living a balanced life, Vaughan keeps active and social, is a keen foodie and enjoys entertaining at home.
Now living in Maraekakaho on the beautiful lifestyle property, Orchiston, Vaughan and his partner run cattle and horses to help maintain the bespoke country-vintage touch of the venue which hosts weddings and other events.
