Raised in the sunshine of Southern California, Erica Toffel is no stranger to relocation. That was until she and her husband stumbled upon Eagle, Idaho, which had all the charm of her hometown but a river running through it and mountains to frame the backdrop. Boise and the greater Treasure Valley provided the perfect place to call home and with four children, the family is never far removed from sports, outdoor activities or spontaneous adventure. It is a true passion for homes that brought Erica to real estate. Whether they are old, new, modern, traditional, small or large; she loves them all. Experienced in luxury properties, new construction, distressed properties, rental home purchase and management, ADA compliant homes and first-time home purchases, Erica has real-life practical knowledge from the perspective of a buyer and seller. With an MBA from Pepperdine University, Erica will bring her business acumen to selling your home.
