Grace is an Associate Broker with Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty. A Furman graduate and Greenville native, she and her husband spent several years living in Charlottesville, Virginia and Atlanta before returning home in 2017.

Before entering real estate, Grace built a career with BMW, traveling throughout the Southeast and internationally to support the company’s dealer network and ensure that luxury clients received an exceptional experience no matter where in the world they made their purchase.

Today, Grace brings that same high-level service and global luxury perspective to Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty. She and her husband are raising their two children in Greenville, close to both sets of grandparents, and love being part of the community they’ve always called home.

Grace has been the top producer in the Greenville office every year since 2021, and in 2025 she closed over $32 million in sales volume. She is a NINJA-certified Realtor and has been recognized as one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest Under 35 (2021) and Greenville’s 40 Under 40 (2024).

Deeply invested in the Greenville community, Grace serves as Vice President of her kids' school PTA, is a proud soccer and ballet carpool mom, and is on the Greenville CDAC (Community Development Advisory Committee) as well as Furman University’s elite DLI program.

She is also known for her engaging social media presence on Instagram (@homeswithgrace), where she shares an honest, approachable look at real estate, family life, and the Upstate of South Carolina.
