A former "big city girl," she began her career in New York City as a 1031 closing specialist for a commercial real estate investment and private equity firm. Over the course of eight years, Rachael worked her way up, ultimately serving as Vice President of Investor Relations & Marketing at Gemini Real Estate Advisors, a prominent private equity firm with over $2 billion in assets under management. Today, Rachael and her family are proud to call North Idaho home, where she brings her wealth of experience and passion for real estate to her clients. She specializes in delivering tailored services and personalized strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether they are buying or selling a home or investment property. With the Sotheby's brand behind her, Rachael ensures her clients receive unparalleled exposure both locally and globally, while making the process seamless, efficient, and enjoyable. Rachael's approach is centered on minimizing stress, building trust, and handling the art of negotiations. Outside of her professional life, Rachael is a dedicated mom to her two beautiful daughters, a health & wellness enthusiast, animal lover, and lifelong learner, constantly seeking ways to grow both personally and professionally.
