Born and raised in Louisville, Kitty has been selling real estate in Kentucky for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of Louisville, her father suggested she obtain her real estate license as her family was interested in investing in property. Kitty was intrigued with the challenge of matching buyers and sellers and began building the foundation of her long and successful real estate career.
She and her husband, Kelly, are both from large families and together they have three children, Patrick, Fallon, and Corrie, so family has always been an important part of her life.
But, even while raising a family, Kitty always put her clients first and prides herself on being honest, ethical, and a skilled negotiator that is committed to ensuring her clients' successful transactions. Over her career, Kitty has closed hundreds of transactions and has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry.
Some of her other accomplishments include, being the exclusive agent selected to represent and market a new large condominium development.
She has also worked with many corporate relocation clients and their families from all across the country and truly enjoys introducing these new families to our great city, our schools, arts, our beautiful neighborhoods and their perfect new home!
She continues to work with investors and also owns and manages numerous investment properties of her own.
Kitty's experience and commitment to her customers has allowed her to consistently be a multi million dollar producer.
As the Pfeiffer's youngest daughter just left for college, Kitty is looking forward to continuing her career at Lenihan Sotheby's International Realty and spending even more time matching buyers and sellers to their perfect homes in Louisville!
