With more than 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial success, including 15 years of luxury real estate experience, Walter Patrick brings an extensive, global network of high-profile connections to Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate in the firm's Broad Avenue office. Walter started in real estate through designing, building and marketing luxury estates in the Hamptons resort area of Long Island. He has collaborated with top architects to create exquisite luxury homes in the Hamptons and in Naples, Florida, two of the most prestigious communities in the world. His clients include business leaders and other high-profile individuals, who know they can depend on Walter's strong work ethic, honesty and integrity to buy or sell property with the utmost privacy and confidentiality.
