Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Stephanie Bissett relocated to beautiful Southwest Florida in the early 1990s. She holds an Associates of Arts degree from Bliss College in business management. She began practicing real estate in 1997 and is a licensed notary.
Stephanie has years of experience sharing her expertise and enthusiasm with homeowners from Cape Coral to Captiva whether its relocation, investing, buying or selling. Stephanie specializes in working with clients on residential waterfront and luxury homes; investment properties; condominiums, lot vacancies and new construction. Helping buyers and sellers live their dreams in paradise is her passion.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys boating, swimming, cooking, reading and going to our beautiful beaches. She is an avid Buckeye and FSU fan.
