For 18 years, Teri has been passionate about guiding people through both the buying and selling aspects of real estate, tending to every detail and making the process flow smoothly. Teri loves working with her buyers to match them up to the right property, guiding them through the delicate dance of finding and then securing their new home, vacation retreat or investment purchase. Her strong marketing skills are paramount to successfully listing and selling her clients’ real estate holdings. She is deeply embedded in the rhythm of this special community: Teri and husband Joe reside in Basalt where they raised their daughter Sami and two pups. Winters find her teaching skiing on Aspen Mountain and running the Women’s Local Ski Clinics. (She moved here for a one-season adventure but then stayed to build her life.) Summers, she and Joe hike, bike and go camping, enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. Teri has run two Aspen businesses with her family, along with marshaling community activities such as Basalt River Days and the Basalt Soccer Club via her masterful leadership.
