As a second-generation real estate professional, Lawrence grew up with the business in his blood. Lawrence’s father and brother, founders of a prolific construction development company, were responsible for the establishment of many of the iconic properties and neighborhoods that punctuate the area from Southampton to Montauk.
Joining the family vocation, Lawrence spent much of the 1990’s selling real estate in the Caribbean, catering to the needs of a diverse cache of international clients. He then spent four years in Los Angeles working with distinguished architects and builders, honing an already extensive knowledge in the field of high-end construction, before returning to the Hamptons to focus on building a well-founded reputation as a leader in the luxury sales market.
With experience in every aspect of the real estate business, Lawrence is an invaluable asset to his clients. His knowledge of the history and value of every Hamptons property gives his clients a sense of security and an advantage when purchasing a home. Additionally, Lawrence maintains an established network of local professionals in the trades and services that can be of significant value to both buyers and sellers in navigating the complexities of Hamptons real estate.
Lawrence is an avid boater, fisherman, and skier. He lives with his wife, artist and nutritionist Tapp Francke, and their two young sons in Sag Harbor.
