Cathy's team was recognized as one of the top 100 global advisor teams companywide, as well as an elite member of Club 1744, comprised of the top 100 advisors and top ten per region. Well-known in luxury circles for being a top-producing REALTOR®, some of Cathy's many professional highlights include personally closing one of the highest-priced homes on Marco Island in 2024 for $11.1 million and generating over $100 million in sales for 2023, including one of the highest-priced homes on Marco Island at the time for $10.25 million and one of the highest-priced condos for $6.35 million. In 2022, she had the honor of breaking three sales records in Hideaway Beach for the highest-priced home to date at $11.875 million, the highest-priced villa to date for $6.5 million and the highest-priced beachfront lot to date at $6 million, along with her other multimillion-dollar sales in previous years.
Cathy has been honored with the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Million Dollar Guild designations by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Her other professional designations include Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource certification, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Waterfront Property Specialist. She was a dedicated member of the Marco Island Board of REALTORS® and recently served as director for three years. She is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and a member of the local Chamber of Commerce on Marco Island.
Her focus is mainly on luxury waterfront homes and condominiums. "Buying or selling a home or property requires many important decisions," says Cathy. Prior to her career in real estate, Cathy traveled the world while working for a major airline. She then chose to put down roots in beautiful Southwest Florida, falling in love with the area's pristine beaches, small-community atmosphere and bustling arts and culture scene. When she's not busy sharing her love of the Naples and Marco Island neighborhoods with her customers, you can likely find Cathy enjoying family time with her husband, children and three grandchildren, and also playing competitive tennis.
