My back ground in real estate began with my family. My grandfather was a real estate broker and developer, my grandmother was an escrow officer and my mother was a mortgage broker. You could say I was destined to be in the real estate industry. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1979. I began my career as a Realtor in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California specializing in rural land and home sales. I had a very rewarding and successful real estate sales career until 1986 when I was recruited by a local bank to become a mortgage loan officer. In 1997 I moved to Maui where I opened my own mortgage brokerage. I enjoyed my experience as a mortgage professional in Northern California and Hawaii for over 23 years. While in Maui I heard about a little town called Sandpoint. My husband and I came for a visit, loved it here and decided to move to North Idaho. I have come full circle back to my original career choice as a real estate agent specializing in rural land and home sales. With over 38 years of experience I understand all facets of the real estate transaction. I believe in integrity, service and follow up. Helping you to achieve your real estate dreams is my mission.
