A full-time Whitefish resident since 1996, Stephanie began her real estate career in 2001. Originally from Minnesota, she was so taken with the Whitefish area that she moved there just 7 days after her first visit. Stephanie won the rookie of the year award for her first full year of real estate in 2002 and was singled out and asked to be a part of a sales team specific to real estate at Whitefish Mountain Resort. After training in resort sales, she led the sales team representing the development, marketing, and sales for the Elk Highlands neighborhood at Whitefish Mountain Resort. Shortly thereafter, Stephanie joined the Glacier Sotheby's International Realty office and gained unparalleled experience in the luxury market around Whitefish and continued her focus on resort properties representing the listings for the Northern Lights West and The Glades resort development and is consistently within the top producers within Glacier Sotheby's International Realty. While being known for her mid-west work ethic and attention to detail, Stephanie finds time to enjoy what brought her to Whitefish and enjoys snowboarding at the resort, riding her snowmobile alongside her husband, Tony, and in the summer hiking, paddle boarding, and camping. Stephanie was honored to be asked to join the beloved history of the Whitefish Winter Carnival to become a part of the royal family as Duchess of Lark for 2018 and enjoyed her year representing Whitefish traveling to participate in parades and donate her time to local functions.
