Irit Granger is a licensed Real Estate Broker and represents clients across Litchfield and Upper Fairfield Counties in Connecticut. Experienced in the intricacies of buying and selling real estate, Irit approaches each transaction with a meticulous work ethic and gives it her undivided attention. Her broad knowledge of Connecticut’s second home market combined with her intelligence and resourcefulness make her an asset to both buyers and sellers. Irit is highly regarded for her outstanding communication skills and her commitment to providing her clients with top-tier service. Her charismatic, personalized approach has led her to consistently reach the highest level of success. She maintains strong relationships with her clients, as well as with the brokerage community, and is respected by clients and colleagues alike. Recognized also for her empathy, integrity, and discretion, Irit’s professional approach includes providing information and guidance through every step of the sales process while ensuring transparency and offering creative solutions to the many, often unexpected challenges that crop up along the way. Prior to her 20-year career in real estate, Irit worked as Direct of Development for a professional theater company, where she honed her skills in developing strong relationships with both individuals and corporations, and as head of marketing and public relations for an international bank and publishing company. Irit attended New York University and London University where she achieved a BA and MA, respectively. She lives in Sherman and Gaylordsville and is a member of the Sherman Library’s Board of Trustees. She is a former President of the Sherman Players and the Candlewood Children’s Choir and is a long-standing volunteer for the Sherman Chapter of FISH (Friends in Service Here). A writer and aspiring photographer, she enjoys hiking, theater, great books and spending summers on Block Island.
