Experienced real estate broker with demonstrated history working in the real estate industry. Eric has been representing buyers and sellers in the North Carolina High Country for the past 18 years. He has represented clients with the purchase and sale of everything from:
• Multimillion-dollar luxury homes;
• Farms and recreational tracts;
• Building lots, residential developments, large acreage tracts;
• New construction and spec homes;
• Vacation and rental investment properties;
• Townhomes & condos; and
• Various classes of commercial real estate.
Prior to becoming a full-time real estate broker in 2001, Eric worked in the sports and entertainment industry brokering strategic alliances and developing sponsorship, licensing and promotional platforms for companies that sought to leverage their brands and/or entertainment assets with professional athletes, professional racing teams, racing venues, and sanctioning bodies to better connect with consumers. One of his more notable accomplishments was in brokering a multi-faceted strategic alliance between Universal Studios, Imagine Entertainment, Dr. Seuss Entercprises, and QVC.
Eric is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and proudly served our great nation both domestically and abroad between 1981-1991. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a double major in Finance and Marketing. He is also a graduate of the University of Maryland University College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in European Studies. He brings years of experience, local market insight and knowledge to his clients and is thrilled to be affiliated with the Sotheby's brand and a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that is committed to setting the standard for excellence within the luxury real estate market segment.
Eric is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina and a licensed North Carolina general contractor as well. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, The North Carolina Association of REALTORS® and the High Country Association of REALTORS®.
