Not only does Lauren excel at prepping and marketing listings, but she's acutely able to identify and highlight the selling points of each home, earning sellers maximum profit on their property. "When I'm evaluating what a home needs before it goes on the market, I put myself in the buyer's shoes and ask, what would sell me on this home?" Lauren said. This method may explain how Lauren was able to sell a condo for $100,000 more than what the seller had been asking for with a different broker six months prior. Lauren is driven by helping people, making a positive difference in the lives of her clients, and relishes the process of getting a home ready for market.
