Deb Staniscia recently joined Vermont Country Properties Sotheby's International Realty after spending more than two decades working in the resort industry. Deb received a B.A. in Psychology from Seattle University and completed post-baccalaureate studies at UMass Boston and Lesley College. In 1991, after several years spent alternating between Nantucket and Killington, she and husband Ed Conlon moved to Plymouth, Vermont where they still live with their teenage son, Sean.Deb has been a partner in Ed's building business for fifteen years. She is very knowledgeable about the construction process and materials, and is especially interested in the latest green products and technology. Her personal projects include designing and building two energy efficient homes: the Plymouth home where her family resides and a Five-Star-Plus energy rated home at Hawk Resort. Deb is the coordinator for the Plymouth First Response Team, the town's volunteer group of EMTs and First Responders, and also enjoys reading, hiking and cooking when she is not immersed in a project around her home.
