Emily Henderson believes that where you make your home is one of life's most important decisions. She has been building a broad base of residential real estate knowledge and transaction experience since 1997 that has continued to help her clients both sell and purchase homes and property. A native of Colorado and University of Colorado at Boulder graduate, Emily appreciates all areas within the great state of Colorado and is a fantastic resource for newcomers to the area. A resident of Genesee and avid skier, she and her family often spend time at their second home in Winter Park. Hiking, biking and camping has further exposed this outdoor enthusiast and mother of two to the many wonders of the state and its endless activities for both kids and adults alike. Emily aligned with LIV Sotheby's International Realty and joined forces with fellow broker Jennifer Davenport in 1997. Consistently the top performers in their Evergreen office as well as within the top performing teams company-wide, this team approach allows her to provide the best real estate brand, broker access, marketing strategies, and research tools available in the industry to her clients.
