As a multimillion-dollar producer specializing in Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Hunterdon and Somerset Counties, I combine two decades of sales experience with outstanding skills in personal service, networking, and negotiation to produce successful results. I have been a long-time resident of Mercer County, presently residing in Pennington, and as such am uniquely able to provide my clients with insight into the local neighborhoods and schools, as well as the many resources and services that central New Jersey has to offer. I am one of only 3% of Realtors in the USA that holds the Council of Residential Specialists designation. For many homeowners, selling a house can be incredibly stressful. One of my main goals in any working relationship is to help take some of the anxiety out of the process: By working closely with my clients on preparing a house to go to market through the actual sale itself, I endeavor to keep things simple, uncomplicated, and organized.
Buying A Home
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments a person will ever make. Although the process is initially very exciting, it quickly can become overwhelming. I will assist my clients with determining exactly what they want in a new home and will work hard to find them a selection of homes that fit those needs.
