Description
Over 24 years living in Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar, Connie has become widely recognized as an effective leader who is knowledgeable in all aspects that affect residential real estate. She was introduced to real estate when she helped her mother, who has had a 40+ year career in real estate in the affluent Sea Island, Georgia area. She has great empathy for families buying new homes, especially those who are moving from another part of the United States, since she has moved several times including moves to Atlanta (Buckhead), Dallas (Highland Park), and Chicago (Winnetka) before deciding to settle down in the beautiful San Diego area. These moves have included buying and selling new homes and renovations of older properties. She has also bought and sold commercial investment properties.
Connie combines her knowledge of real estate with the business acumen she developed from her MBA in Finance and years in the Financial Services industry trading stocks and bonds. She took a break from her career to raise two children but became very involved in the local community including serving as President of the Rancho Santa Fe School PTO and serving on the Boards of the Foundations for the Rancho Santa Fe School and Torrey Pines High School. Connie has been very involved in local philanthropy including the Rancho Santa Fe Women's Fund in which she was a Charter Member 19 years ago. She is passionate about the Padres Pedal the Cause in which she has participated the past 8 years as a cyclist and top fundraiser for collaborative cancer research. Connie co-founded and chaired the Viewpoints Speaker Series in Rancho Santa Fe which highlighted a variety of individuals making an impact on our world and has been a member of the Village Church for over 20 years where she has served as a Deacon.
Aside from real estate, Connie loves to travel and has spent time in over 80 countries. She enjoys pickleball, mahjong, reading, long walks on the beach, and the stock market.
