Pierre-Marc Bellion is originally from the south of France and has a dynamic background as a semi-professional windsurfer.
Pierre-Marc first came to the Florida Keys in the early 90s to engage in R&D for racing windsurfing and sailing gear.
Following this 2 years of experience, he returned to France, where he gained extensive professional experience, owning and operating two successful real estate brokerages that catered to buyers from across Europe and a major action sports equipment company.
Pierre-Marc has founded and managed multiple companies in France, Spain, and the United States, leading teams of up to 150 employees. His expertise in global trade has taken him across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., manufacturing, importing, and exporting goods worldwide for decades. In 2008, he returned to the Florida Keys with his family, bringing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the local real estate market. His wife, Alexandra, is the owner-operator of Café Moka, a local favorite coffee shop and roastery.
He is fluent in French, Spanish, and English. Leveraging his international business acumen, Pierre-Marc applies his negotiation skills and experience to real estate, assisting sellers and buyers from around the globe.
Over the past decade, he has successfully sold some of the most exclusive estates in the Florida Keys, setting multiple record-breaking sales. An avid waterman, Pierre-Marc is passionate about free diving, spearfishing, and kiteboarding, fully embracing the ocean-centric lifestyle of the Florida Keys.
