Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Anita Treschan is a member of the Orlando Regional Association of REALTORS®. Over the past 17 years, she has served most areas of Central Florida. Anita specializes in residential real estate, but also has experience in commercial sales and leasing. Prior to real estate, Anita worked in human resources as an employee benefits specialist for AmSouth Bank and Stetson University. She received her GRI - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. It is her goal to represent and serve her clients with excellence, professionalism, honesty and integrity. Anita's excellent communication skills, along with her ability to listen to what her customers are saying and also what they are not saying, allows her to constantly focus on their best interests.
A past president of her HOA and current admin for the Board of Directors, Anita has been trained as an Introduction Leader for Landmark Worldwide, Inc., a personal and professional training and development company. Outside of real estate, Anita focuses on her health and physical fitness by running and working out several days a week. She loves traveling with her husband, Miles Treschan, and spending time with her family.
