Steve has represented more than a few of the finest properties ever offered in Greenwich, including the Linen Estate, the site of lavish galas attended by the Who's Who of the 1950s and featured in Life magazine; the Home of William H. Pitt, founder of William Pitt Real Estate, the firm Steve was affiliated with prior to its acquisition by Sotheby's International Realty; and most recently, Nipowin Island, the family paradise of a former Chief of Protocol during the Nixon administration and America's Cup champion.
Just as importantly, if not more so, are the core clients that come to Steve year after year for his knowledge and expertise of the entire spectrum of the Greenwich real estate market, not just the high end. Steve has proudly rented and sold homes on every level and continues to educate each and every client, no matter the price range.
A true right-hand advisor to buyers and sellers, Steve always finds that his main concern is with exceeding the demands of today's real estate market to the benefit of each and every client. His extensive knowledge base allows Steve to price, negotiate and market any property to its clearest and most effective end.
A lifelong Greenwich resident, Steve attended St. Mary's High School and went on to receive a degree in Business from Iona College. In acknowledgment of his excellence in residential sales, he has earned the designations of GRI from the Realtor's Institute and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Steve is a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
Steve has four children and lives in the Riverside section of Greenwich, where he enjoys golf, coaching youth hockey and spending time with his family.
