Rachel represents Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a global real estate advisor at its Port Orange office. She is located in the Spruce Creek Fly-in community in Port Orange, one of the world's finest residential airparks.



Rachel represents customers from around the world and serves the East Volusia region, including communities and neighborhoods in Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet, Wilbur-By-The-Sea, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach and Ormond-By-The-Sea. Rachel's husband, Ed Rancourt, is a commercial real estate broker in the Volusia County area. They have six children, all of whom have graduated college. They enjoy boating, entertaining, traveling, and, most importantly, spending time with their family.
