She was also instrumental in the success of such high-profile buildings as 340 on the Park, the first LEED-certified residential tower in the Midwest, located in the city’s cultural epicenter. She was sales leader for the award-winning Residences on Lake Shore Park, consisting of 250 East Pearson, 270 East Pearson and 840 North Lake Shore Drive. This new construction development experience enhanced her ability to create and convey value for clients in the for-sale market today. She recently enhanced her practice by representing buyers and sellers on the Northshore with several significant sales.
