Amie MacKenzie is thrilled to have joined the LIV Sotheby's community and brings 15+ years of high quality real estate brokerage experience with her as Owner of The Spruce Team. The Spruce Team has received numerous awards for production and customer service, but it is the team's one-on-one attention to each and every client that sets them apart. Having seen a few turns of the market, Amie's favorite tagline has become "Providing Clarity in a Complex Market". Coming from a teaching background, with a degree in Mathematics, Amie endeavors to provide her clients with as much information as they want in order to make a solid decision about their sale or purchase. As the market has gotten faster and more competitive, Amie fills the role of the "informed voice of reason" that her clients so value as they mull the data, ponder the many decisions in every transaction, and weigh the pros and cons of the various strategies employed in the market. When the going gets tough in a deal, Amie gets practical and tactical. As a real estate investor, holding both long term and short term rental properties, Amie is also an invaluable resource for that sector of the market. Having lived in Denver for 35+ years, Central Denver is the epicenter of her business, but she has worked transactions from Boulder to Castle Rock. As a Relocation Expert, Amie also enjoys introducing newcomers to all that Colorado has to offer and helping them find a new place to call home. Amie has completed the GRI and Ecobroker Designations and is looking forward to completing her CNE courses soon.
