A true entrepreneur from his grade school years, Russ's high school business endeavor, Environmental Landscapes, Inc., was created at the age of 17 to gather funds for college tuition. The company grew to have a client base of almost 200 properties, and provided the income for Russ to attend the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he received a degree in Civil Engineering. Always resourceful beyond the scope of engineering, Russ worked as a consulting engineer, garnering awards for the project management of large municipal ventures in New Jersey. He continued to thrive in creative atmospheres, and took his engineering expertise and his love of architectural design to form The Polamar Group, Inc. Here, by the age of 33, he was chief designer and director of marketing and business development of a multi-million dollar residential development company. He built over 350 Victorian and farmhouse-inspired homes in New Jersey, winning 13 awards for marketing and design. To accomplish the sales segment of this undertaking, Russ opened Comprehensive Realty Company, Inc., with offices in Monmouth, Mercer and Gloucester Counties, having a sales volume of $58 million. His keenness for real estate continues, as Russ now takes pleasure in being a Broker Associate working in Hunterdon County, NJ and Bucks County, PA. For over 10 years, Russ has had the distinction of being in the top 1% of all real estate agents in New Jersey. Presently, his career combined sales volume totals over $650 million. Being able to maneuver through real estate transactions with sensitive and careful consideration, balanced by intelligent decision making, over 70% of Russ's business is generated through past clients and their referrals.
