Whether it's a search for that special home or assistance with the sale of an existing property, Karen is looking forward to serving you and helping you meet your real estate goals and needs.Karen is a graduate of the State University of New York, Plattsburgh where she earned a BA in Business Management. She possesses extensive experience and knowledge in economic & community development, land use planning, housing, commer cial & downtown development, marketing and sales. She has also taken an active role in philanthropy and community outreach serving several non-profit organizations as executive director, board president and director of development in support of education, the arts and community programming.Karen lives with her husband and two children in South Burlington, where she has resided for over twenty years. Her son recently graduated from Champlain College and her daughter is a Junior at Endicott College. Karen has been an active volunteer for over fifteen years in the South Burlington School district, City of South Burlington and St. John Vianney Church. Karen enjoys walking, hiking, gardening and traveling. Additionally, she enjoys attending her children's sporting events and spending time with friends and family!

Our South Burlington, Vermont, office is located in Chittenden County, which is bordered by Lake Champlain on the west and the Green Mountains of Vermont on the East. We refer to this region as the Champlain Valley Region as it encompasses the Counties of Franklin, Chittenden and Addison Counties, all bordering Lake Champlain. The South Burlington office is the corporate headquarters of Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty. The Advertising, Accounting, Information Technology, Recruiting/Training, Relocation, Rental and Residential departments are all based in the South Burlington office, although each office has support staff for these Departments. The Commercial Division is based in our West Lebanon, New Hampshire office, the hub of the Upper Valley Region.
