He recognizes that each and every client deserves the best advice that only comes from extensive and intensive study of the local real estate market. In the 27 years since Garrett began his real estate career, he has consistently been among the top producing brokers in the Aspen/Snowmass market and within his firm of over 170 agents.
From 2004-2012, Garrett also served as the Managing Broker for the Snowmass Village office of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Real Estate and has been a mentor to countless sales associates throughout the years. As a leader in his firm, he has helped mold a sustainable future for seasoned broker-associates as well as new ones.
He helped create the firm's mentoring broker program which has leveraged the experience and knowledge of the most senior agents with the energetic and high-tech talents of newcomers.
