The Gunnison Valley is an amazing place to call home. I first came to Crested Butte in 1990 after graduating from the University of Washington. I quickly fell in love with the community captivated by the historic mountain town vibe, legendary mountain bike trails and great backcountry and nordic skiing. Years later, I can safely say that Crested Butte has done what many Colorado mountain towns didn’t do. We’ve kept our identity and preserved our lifestyle. We still don’t have a parking meter or a stoplight. The locals walk or ride townie bikes to get the mail, grab a coffee or go to the movies. The hand-painted skier shuttle bus is still free to ride between the ski resort and town. I am very fortunate to be in the real estate business in Crested Butte. Working with people that share a similar affinity for this place gives me tremendous satisfaction.
