She is also a repeat recipient of the New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award for 2013-2016 and 2017-2018 and is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator and a Certified Buyer's Agent. Being a resident of Bergen County for over 50 years, Marina knows the towns and neighborhoods of the county very well. She has also done quite a lot of real estate in Hudson County and is knowledgeable in North Bergen, Weehawken, West New York, Hoboken and Jersey City. Marina specializes in Sales and Purchases of Single and Multi-Family homes, Condos and Townhouses, Co-Ops, Leasing, and Commercial Properties. Before her involvement in Real Estate, Marina was a Senior Vice President of Design for Sag Harbor/Kellwood Company in New York City for 30 years heading a 45-member staff. She worked closely with CEOs, Merchandisers, Buyers, and management of all major stores in the U.S. and brought her company's volume up to $650,000
